Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we've partnered with Global-E to manage our non-US/global shipments. Global-E typically uses DHL Express to deliver all of our global shipments in an economical yet fast manner. 

Do I have to pay duties? 

Our prices onsite are now inclusive of duties! Your shipment will be delivered "DDP", which means Delivered Duties Paid.

Is there free shipping?

In some countries, such as Canada, we offer a free shipping policy when your cart value exceeds a certain dollar amount. Make sure to check the bar at the very top of the website to see if this exists in your region! 

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 10:00 A.M. PST Monday-Friday, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 A.M. PST, will be shipped the following business day. We DO NOT ship on weekends or major holidays. 

Orders are shipped from Southern California.
