What Happens if I have an Issue with my La Blanca Item?

Lablanca.com covers faulty goods for up to 1 year of purchase date. We do not cover goods not purchased through our retail site. This includes major retailers including Amazon and any third party sellers. For any faulty goods purchased through retailers, please contact the retailer directly for an applicable solution. 

For Items Covered under lablanca.com please contact our customer service with order number, a photo of the item, and any applicable details. We do NOT cover regular wear and any damages done by improper care, improper opening of our packages (scissors, knives, etc.) or handling of the item.
