Can I exchange my order?

Yes! We now offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Can I exchange an international order?

To do an exchange on an international order, simply create a return request, and then place a new order for your desired items. We are currently unable to process direct exchanges at the moment. For International returns head to https://web.global-e.com/returns/portal/oQuf

What are the qualifications for an exchange?

Swimsuits cannot be worn, washed, or altered.
No visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, etc.
All tags must be intact and returned in their original packaging.
The hygienic liner must not have been removed or reattached.
The returned items must be received in our warehouse no later than 40 days from your original order date.

How do I exchange my domestic order?

Upon accessing our Returns portal at lablanca.com, you will need to input your order number and shipping zip/postal code to start a return/exchange. Our system will present you with the option to exchange the unwanted product for a different size, different color, or a different product altogether.

Once you've followed all the required steps in our portal, a shipping label will be generated for you, at no cost, to drop off the unwanted item. Once our system detects the unwanted item has been dropped off and scanned by the carrier, your exchange order will be immediately placed.

I bought my La Blanca swimsuit at a retail store or from a different website. Can I return/exchange it to you?

We are only able to accept exchanges for purchases made through Lablanca.com. We suggest reaching out directly to the company you made the purchase from to process your exchange.

What if I lose/misplace the shipping bag my item originally arrived in?
